Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you have received a product and are not satisfied, you are free to return and replace the item up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order!
It is therefore possible to return the orders (or part of them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, without this entailing any additional costs for the customer for managing the procedure, in addition to the simple cost of transport which always remains the responsibility of the customer.
The products must be returned:
• Correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation.
• Equipped with the return document (present at the top of this page), so as to allow BOTTEGA LA FER to identify the Consumer.
To access the return procedure, the customer is required to organize, at his own expense, the shipment of the returned items to:

For no reason will returns be accepted with costs or charges borne by BOTTEGA LA FER.
Any non-compliant shipment will be rejected by BOTTEGA LA FER, resulting in the impossibility of proceeding with the return.
The return for replacement will be accepted only if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport from the customer to our office. BOTTEGA LA FER will accept the returned goods, reserving any acceptance only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case will BOTTEGA LA FER initiate the process of replacing the purchase of the products. BOTTEGA LA FER will send the replacement goods to the customer within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Returned defective or incorrect item
• If you have received a defective item please contact us at the email address commerciale@bottegalafer.com our customer service will assist you. (active from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00).
• If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at the email address commerciale@bottegalafer.com our customer service will assist you (active from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00).
In the event of receipt of a defective item or incorrect item received, it will be at the customer’s discretion to request the replacement of the item or the receipt of a refund, to be communicated to our customer service (as indicated above).
The refund will take place only in the event that the goods received are defective or the wrong item was received. This refund will only take place if the goods returned by the customer are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport from the customer to our office. BOTTEGA LA FER will accept the returned goods, reserving any refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case will BOTTEGA LA FER initiate a refund of the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the returned item. BOTTEGA LA FER will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal and the related communication, through a procedure for reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer . In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund: IBAN of the current account, holder of the current account, i.e. holder of the invoice and related beneficiary.
If it is necessary to return the item, we ask you to arrange for shipping and send us the payment receipt to the email above so that we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
1. The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any presentation folders, transparent sachets and closing ribbon); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, as far as possible, placing it in a second envelope; in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product is prohibited.
2. Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and which, consequently, can no longer be considered intact will not be accepted.
3. The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
4. In the event of damage to the goods during transport organized by the customer, BOTTEGA LA FER will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier from chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
5. The returned products must be without obvious signs of use and must not be in such a state that they cannot be resold.
6. Used jewelery cannot be returned under any circumstances; given the potential health risks associated with the use of these types of products, no exceptions can be made.
7. The Customer totally loses the right of withdrawal, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where BOTTEGA LA FER ascertains:
• The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal contents;
• The absence of elements and/or anomalies in the product itself;
• The use of the product which has compromised its integrity.
